As you can see these are direct replacement for the old Ramhorn Manifolds that GM has been making forever. These are 1 3/4' 16 guage mandrel bent tubing to a 2 1/2' Collector. These will give you more power, and only found here at McJacks -

These 2 primary tube 16 gauge headers are all handmade and welded here at McJacks Corvettes. Your steering box, a arms, frame rails, idler arm and A/C boxes all clear your new headers and even 4 speed owners, your clutch jack-shaft will clear too! With 2 1/2' Collectors exactly the same as your old Cast Iron Manifolds. -
