Sales of our McJacks Patented, Big & Small Block Cast-Iron replacement Headers are currently on hold until further notice.

Our Exclusive Patented Design has been a great seller for McJacks as our headers allow you to replace your worn-out factory cast-iron manifolds and just bolt on our Small or Big Block headers… and you’re done. No exhaust work needed !

Price Hikes across the industry have forced us stop production and look at our options going forward.  There should be enough pieces in the short-term on the internet, if you’re still looking.

For now, I will still be painting and restoring C1 and C2 Corvettes !

 

The headers that fit 396, 427, 454, and 502 corvettes from 1965 to 1969 are now being handmade at McJacks Corvettes and directly replace the factory cast iron manifolds. These 2” primary tube 16 gauge headers are all handmade and welded here at McJacks Corvettes. Your steering box, a arms, frame rails, idler arm and A/C boxes all clear your new headers and even 4 speed owners, your clutch jack-shaft will clear too! With 2 1/2′ Collectors exactly the same as your old Cast Iron Manifolds.

You won't find these headers anywhere else as they were developed, and are made here at McJacks Corvettes. As you can see these are direct replacement for the old Ramhorn Manifolds that GM has been making forever. These are 1 3/4' 16 guage mandrel bent tubing to a 2 1/2' Collector. These will give you more power, and only found here at McJacks
