Our Exclusive Patented Design has been a great seller for McJacks as our headers allow you to replace your worn-out factory cast-iron manifolds and just bolt on our Small or Big Block headers… and you’re done. No exhaust work needed !
Price Hikes across the industry have forced us stop production and look at our options going forward. There should be enough pieces in the short-term on the internet, if you’re still looking.

These headers fit 396, 427, 454, and 502 corvettes from 1970 – 1974 and are handmade at McJacks Corvettes to directly replace the factory cast iron manifolds. Your steering box, a arms, frame rails, idler arm and A/C boxes all clear your new headers and even 4 speed owners, your clutch jack-shaft will clear too! With 2 1/2′ Collectors exactly the same as your old Cast Iron Manifolds. These headers will also fit big blocks that are 63-82 since the frames in these years are all identical.
